When you order something online which is of a fragile nature, there is always the possibility that your order could arrive in a less than perfect condition.
But having ordered light bulbs twice recently, both parcels arrived in boxes, carefully housed in bubble wrap and with tape marked 'FRAGILE' sealing the contents and yet both arrived with a distinctive 'rattle'.
I've seen many a horror story online of couriers hurtling parcels over 6ft fences into the garden, leaving parcels underneath the car on the drive and generally having no concern whatsoever in how the customer receives their parcel.
It does make me wonder if the 'Fragile' tape somehow acts as a motivator for the person responsible for delivering the parcel to ensure that it arrives in the worse state possible.
