Top 3 Cleaning Gadgets

April 5, 2018

Let's face it, no-one really likes cleaning. So if Girl Friday Harrow could find you some handy gadgets which would make your life easier and help you to get through the cleaning quick-time, that would be a good thing, right? Check out my three favourite choices for the cleaning tasks I like the least.

Loogun

No-one likes cleaning toilets. Personally, I think there’s nothing worse than cleaning a toilet, than having to clean a toilet with one of those toilet brushes that sits in germs and old toilet water by the side of the loo. I’ve been using one of the ‘disposable’ versions for years as it just doesn’t seem as bad but now there is a multi patent pending design which cleans above and below the toilet waterline using a splash-free jet of water. The Loogun® replaces the daily cleaning of stubborn marks, making daily toilet cleaning a nicer (!?) experience and keeping the bathroom beautifully hygienic. For the first time in nearly a century, you'll never have to keep a filthy brush in your bathroom or cringe when having to use it.

Available from http://www.loogun.com/ RRP £39.99

SonicScrubber

Imagine breezing through your cleaning chores without using any elbow grease... SonicScrubber is an electric cleaning brush that does all the hard work for you - even on the toughest of tasks. With a non-slip handle, it sits in the hand nicely during use, and comes with a range of heads designed for all sorts of household cleaning tasks.

The oscillating head moves 10,000 times a minute to make light work of shifting grime and with a choice of four cleaning heads to suit a wide range of tasks, this multi-purpose cleaning tool tackles all sorts of household cleaning tasks.

From cookers to taps, pots and pans in the kitchen, or tile grout and all those fiddly, hard-to-reach nooks and crannies in the bathroom, the SonicScrubber works like a large electric toothbrush, with an oscillating, sonic action that dislodges dirt in no time.

Available from Amazon RRP £18.99

Karcher Window Vac

If, like me, your windows and mirrors end up looking worse than before you cleaned them, you might want to swap your window cleaning spray and kitchen roll for a more technical solution. The Karcher WV 2 Plus Window Vac but has a battery run time of 25 minutes, cleaning up to 75m² per charge.

The WV 2 sucks surfaces completely dry, streak free making it easier than ever to achieve crystal clear windows in an instant. It’s also better for removing liquid from mirrors, shower screens, tiles, condensation from windows and even spills from floors and worktops.

Available from Amazon RRP £67.53 but currently on offer for less than £50
